About Aidan & ACR Creations

At just 12 years old, Aidan is the founder and creative visionary behind ACR Creations, a fast-growing 3D printing and engraving business based in Colonial Beach, Virginia. Now in its third year, ACR Creations has grown far beyond what most adults achieve with a small business—let alone a pre-teen entrepreneur.

Aidan launched his business at the April 2023 Osprey Festival, selling custom 3D-printed osprey ornaments and donating half of his proceeds—$300—back to the event. Since then, ACR Creations has blossomed into a well-respected local brand rooted in creativity, generosity, and community collaboration.

Now in its third year, ACR Creations is expanding through collaborations with Aidan’s grandfather, local artist R. Wayt “Bob” Smith. Using Bob’s original artwork as inspiration, Aidan transforms fine art into 3D prints, lithophanes, and engravings on wood, slate, and more. Each piece represents a bridge between generations—Bob provides the art, and Aidan reimagines it through technology.

A Business Beyond His Years

What began as a passion project has grown into a full-fledged operation that includes:

  • Custom 3D printing for events, personal gifts, and branded merchandise

  • Light engraving services for personalized and professional items

  • Wholesale and consignment relationships with retail shops

  • Collaborations with local entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and educators

Aidan is proud to have recently joined the Colonial Beach Chamber of Commerce, where he stands out as its youngest member. He’s also an emerging member of the Colonial Beach Artists Guild, expanding his connections within the creative community.

💙 Giving Back, Leading Forward

Community service has been a core value of ACR Creations since day one. Aidan’s business began with generosity—donating $300 from his very first sales at the 2023 Osprey Festival—and his commitment to giving back has only grown since.

He has proudly continued his support as a two-time sponsor of the Osprey Festival, contributing $100 each year as a “Friend of the Festival” in 2024 and 2025.

Aidan is also actively expanding his impact through new initiatives. He recently attended a Colonial Beach Foundation meeting and is exploring opportunities to support their community programs with custom donations.
